What to wear Labor Day Weekend
With Labor Day approaching it sadly means summer is coming to an end. Luckily, living in sunny San Diego means we don't have to stop dressing like it! With a three day weekend approaching, get ready for lots of festivities to rock your last eye catching summer styles. With that, you'll need some outfit choices, so I pulled some fun looks to inspire you to rock at any type of event this weekend!
Friend's or Family BBQ
Since BBQ's tend to be more on the casual side and you'll be eating all day long, lets be real, go for a comfy vibe. I paired this navy blue Cotton Candy LA dress with high top Converse so it's flirty but still casual with help of the sneakers. Not to mention at most BBQ's you are standing around all day and I find tennis shoes to be the better option when it comes to comfort and stuffing your face, plus you never know when you might be thrown into a flip cup or drinking game.
All White Party
Who knows someone might throw a theme party, either all white or red, white and blue. Regardless, considering it is still summer the rule to wearing white pants isn't completely ruled out! We still have a little time to rock these. I honestly love a high waisted pant, no matter what the occasion! Change it up a bit with high waisted trousers and a crop top because it's still sexy and very classy. You can't go wrong rocking an all white pant suit for a white party because it's simply a knock out. Go beyond the ordinary and stand out!
Pool or Beach Party
Considering we never know how turnt up a pool/beach party can really get, lets be safe and wear what can be comfortable, a romper! Find a dressier romper with detail, color, or frill and dress it up or down depending on how bougie your event is. The best part is that rompers look good with wedges, heels, or sandals. So depending on your vibe or the vibe of the party, wear what shoes are appropriate and comfortable. However, if there's a good chance you might get wet, just throw your bikini on underneath! A romper makes the best cover up!
