"Walking in a Winter Wonderland"

It's that time of year again, holiday parties, christmas celebrations, and new years eve.  Crazy how quickly 2017 went by!

With this year coming to an end, I am sure we all have plenty of holiday parties to look forward to.  And you know what that means...planning outfits.  My favorite looks for the holiday season are sparkles, silks, and velvets.  These materials always remind me of the holiday season, don't you agree??

Something about them gives off that winter wonderland vibe.   Also I am loving navy or a dark blue tone for this years holidays.  Navy is the new black!

Obviously sparkles are a littler cliche, but I love them when they are done right.  Not too overboard, just a touch to jazz up a shirt or pant.  Like pictured above, I wore this sparkle, sheer crop top from Zara with high waisted trousers.  We know the holiday season can be chaotic so if you don't have time to get a dress, no stress.  Take this look for example, I already had the work pants and found this top to make an entirely unique outfit.  Simple, yet classy and festive.

This is one of my favorite dresses.  I found it a few months ago on revolve.com, another one of my favorites!  As soon as I saw it, I knew I would be saving it for New Years Eve.  I'm really loving long sleeve wrap dresses right now, especially in silk.  It definitely looks like a bath robe, but I love that about it.  It's sexy and adds a little spice.  Something about wrap dresses just looks so flattering on every body type.  Not to mention the slit just ads that meow factor.
